Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicles. Client assures that no illegal drugs are brought into our vehicles. Client is not allowed alcoholic beverages in our towncars. Client agrees that the passengers capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded.  In case of misconduct by your party, chauffeur has the right to terminate this agreement without refunds. Client holds limousine service harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his/her party. Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement. Client agrees to 20% deposit charged to his/her credit card at the time reservation has been made.  Sedan job client can cancel 3 hours before pickup time with $10.00 processing fee, if not, you will be charged the full amount of trip. Final price will include a  15% Gratuity, and will be charged to provided account. A policy is also in effect for any one getting sick in our vehicles and will be charged an additional $150.00, for cleaning and sanitizing of vehicles. ABC DOOR 2 DOOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICE cannot be held responsible for mechanical problems, inclement weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances resulting in the inability to start a job at it’s  scheduled time or to complete the job. In the event that the requested vehicle can not be provided. ABC DOOR 2 DOOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES may provide a vehicle of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of ABC DOOR 2 DOOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICE.
